Your first long EV road trip — how did it go?

A lot of people on here said range anxiety disappears after your first proper trip, but I'm still nervous about planning a 300-mile run from Manchester to Cornwall this summer.

What was your first long EV trip like? How much planning did you actually need, and what would you tell a first-timer?

Done Manchester to Cornwall twice. Honestly the apps make it easy now — plan around rapid chargers on the M5/M6 corridors. Leave with 100%, one 30-min stop mid-way and you're fine. The anxiety disappears after stop one.
