Selling my Zoe privately - how do you prove battery health to punters?

Right, I’ve finally taken the plunge and leased a Cupra Born, so my trusty Zoe needs a new home. I’m dreading the private sale because buyers are absolutely terrified of battery degradation. I’ve got the Renault health certificate showing 88%, but does that actually mean anything to a punter? I usually cycle over the Clifton Suspension Bridge to clear my head, but sorting this out is giving me a headache! I’m vegan and eco-conscious, so I'm happy with the basic cloth trim, but buyers always want leather. Anyone managed to sell a Zoe recently without getting lowballed by WeBuyAnyCar? Cheers mate.

To be fair, getting a dealer to run a full diagnostic is the only way to prove it. When I sold my Zoe before upgrading to my Cupra Born, I paid £50 for a Renault health check certificate. Saved me a load of faff! I usually cycle over the Clifton Suspension Bridge to clear my head after haggling, anyway. Being vegan means I need the extra energy! InstaVolt chargers are dead handy for the Born, though. Cheers mate!

Morning Ben. I reckon getting a main dealer to run a diagnostic and print the SoH certificate is your best bet. Punters are always wary of Zoes. I'd be flogging my Ioniq 5 if I ever got tired of dodging tractors on the narrow coastal lanes down here in Devon, but I'd just show them the app data and my InstaVolt receipts. Mind you, after a massive cream tea in Salcombe, I wouldn't trust my own judgement! Good luck.
