Overview
The MG IM6 is the brand's first true premium electric SUV, an IM Motors product from SAIC's high-end division sold through MG's UK showroom network. The Long Range version pairs a 100kWh battery (96.5kWh usable) with a rear-mounted motor for a class-leading WLTP range of up to 388 miles and a rapid 0-62mph time of 5.4 seconds. Built on 800-volt architecture, it can DC charge at up to 396kW, adding huge amounts of range in the time it takes for a coffee break. The IM6 also features four-wheel steering for agility and a luxurious, minimalist cabin with dual digital displays and five-star levels of standard equipment. Priced from £48,495, it takes the fight directly to Tesla and the German premium brands while offering range and charging speed that few rivals can match.Want the full picture?
