Overview

The Kia EV9 is a bold, imposing three-row electric SUV that redefines what a large family EV can be. Its angular 'Opposites United' design turns heads, while the 99.8kWh battery delivers up to 349 miles of WLTP range in rear-wheel-drive form. Thanks to 800-volt architecture, DC charging at up to 210kW can take the battery from 10 to 80 per cent in just 24 minutes, one of the fastest in the class. Inside, the EV9 is genuinely accommodating, with six- or seven-seat layouts, generous space across all three rows, and a premium, minimalist cabin with a curved dual-display setup. All-wheel-drive GT-Line versions add 378bhp and a 5.3-second 0-62mph time, plus serious towing capability of up to 2,500kg. Combining striking design, exceptional range, rapid charging and true family practicality, the EV9 is arguably the most complete large electric SUV on sale in the UK.
