Overview
The BYD Atto 2 is the newest and most affordable electric SUV in BYD's UK line-up, blending the safety of the brand's cobalt-free Blade Battery with a compact, city-friendly footprint. The entry Boost version pairs a 51.1kWh LFP pack with a 174bhp front-mounted motor for a WLTP range of up to 214 miles and a 0-62mph time of 7.9 seconds. DC rapid charging at up to 82kW takes the battery from 10 to 80 per cent in around 38 minutes, while an 11kW onboard charger suits overnight home charging. Inside, the Atto 2 is a clean, modern five-seat cabin with a floating 12.9-inch touchscreen, wireless phone charging and a generous equipment list as standard. Priced from £30,850 on the road, it undercuts most rivals while offering BYD's six-year warranty and a genuinely practical, efficient package for families and commuters alike.Want the full picture?
